- Remove veal sausages from packet and dry them on a paper towel.
- In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil and fry the sausages over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Meanwhile, warm the onion sauce.
- In another non-stick pan, add the spaetzli to the butter and saute over medium heat until golden brown. Season to taste with some salt and pepper.
To serve
- Place sausage on a plate and pour onion sauce over it.
- Place spaetzli near sausage.
