1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper, pan fry till medium and set aside.
2. Heat oil in pot, sauté salted fish and dried shrimps till fragrant. Then, add in garlic, onion, chilli paste,sugar and dark soya sauce.
3. Then add chicken stock and bring to boil. Toss in the lamb chops all together and then season with salt and pepper.
4. Heat oil in another pan at medium heat, stir-fry eggplants, snow peas, celery and red chili. Use them as garnishes.
