Retail Butchers/Butcher Supervisors

 

Responsibilites:
  • Weigh all meat items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice.
  • Receive any meat delivery, code, rotate, and put in appropriate storage area.
  • Keep work area free from debris and safety hazards
  • Keep a running inventory.
  • Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand product labels.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. 
  • Service-oriented and a team player.
