Description
The waiter/waitress is responsible for taking orders and serving guests. As the first point of contact with customers, they play a crucial role in making a positive first impression. In addition to taking orders, they will also inform guests about the house specials and may assist in recommending food choices.

The primary responsibility of a waiter/waitress is to take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.

They greet customers and escort them to their table.

They record the customer’s order, communicate it to the kitchen, and ensure the food is delivered to the correct table.

Before and after each meal, they set the table with fresh linens and cutlery.

They gather feedback from customers about the meal and check if they need anything further.

They present the bill to customers.
Job
requirements:

Must possess good manners and strong communication skills.

Should have basic knowledge of the menu to assist customers in choosing their meals when needed.

Must be organized and capable of working efficiently under pressure.

Able to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
