Job Description

The waiter/waitress is responsible for taking orders and serving guests. As the first point of contact with customers, they play a crucial role in making a positive first impression. In addition to taking orders, they will also inform guests about the house specials and may assist in recommending food choices.

Job responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of a waiter/waitress is to take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.

• They greet customers and escort them to their table.

• They record the customer’s order, communicate it to the kitchen, and ensure the food is delivered to the correct table.

• Before and after each meal, they set the table with fresh linens and cutlery.

• They gather feedback from customers about the meal and check if they need anything further.

• They present the bill to customers.

Job requirements:

• Must possess good manners and strong communication skills.

• Should have basic knowledge of the menu to assist customers in choosing their meals when needed.

• Must be organized and capable of working efficiently under pressure.

• Able to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

• Applicants requiring a work pass should not apply.

• Singaporeans preferred
