Prepared using our premium 5kg turkey (weight includes giblets, in frozen state), this flavourful centrepiece is perfectly cooked and richly smoked to deliver bold, festive flavours.
Best enjoyed with our specially prepared turkey gravy and Huber’s homemade stuffing served as a simple side.
Cooking Instruction: Remove the turkey from the bag and roast it in a preheated oven at 150°C for 50 minutes

As Singapore does not permit the import of fresh turkeys, ours are imported frozen. All whole turkeys and turkey breasts are vacuum-packed to seal in freshness and brined by the producer for juicier results.
Turkey weights are measured frozen, including giblets. Allow approximately 10% weight loss from thawing and another 10% from the removal of giblets.
Turkeys are best served freshly roasted, hot from the oven. Let us take care of the thawing and stuffing, so all you need to do is preheat your oven to 160°C and roast according to our cooking suggestions.
Turkey Size & Serving Guide:
8–10 lbs: 8–10 adults
10–12 lbs: 10–12 adults
12–14 lbs: 12–14 adults
14–16 lbs: 14–16 adults
16–18 lbs: 16–18 adults
18–20 lbs: 18–20 adults
20–22 lbs: 20–22 adults
Cooked and smoked turkey is prepared using a 5kg turkey (frozen weight, including giblets). Remove from the bag and reheat in a preheated oven at 150°C for approximately 50 minutes.
