[post event] Members' cooking class - 1st Apr 2016
19th March was the first time we had Chef Patrick Heuberger, award winning chef and owner of Casse-Croute, conduct a cooking class for our members!
Apart from showing us how to prepare Sauteed Veal with White Wine and Cream Sauce, Steak Tartare and Tartiflette, Chef Patrick gave us many kitchen tips! The members had an awesome time with several helpings of Chef Patrick's Steak Tartare, Sauteed Veal and Tartiflette!
