[post event] Kühlbarra Cooking Demonstration - 1st May 2016


Chef Bruno Gillet, in-house chef at Kühlbarra, conducted two demonstration sessions for our customers on Saturday 23rd April. Needless to say, the main ingredient he used at the two sessions was barramundi. 

In addition to clean waters, you can rest assured that no hormones or antibiotics are used. The barramundi eat nothing but top-quality feed and is fed fully traceable pallets made of 70% plant protein, 30% fishmeal with added salmon oil. That makes the fish tasty and naturally high in heart-healthy and brain-boosting omega-3 fatty acids.
 


 

The two dishes he demonstrated were Pan-Seared Barramundi with Panzanella Salad and Poached Barramundi in Miso Broth. Kühlbarra barramundi is available for purchase now
