[post event] Members' cooking class - 1st Jun 2016
Chef Aaron Foster, Executive Chef at The Westin Singapore, conducted a cooking class for our members for the first time a few weeks ago. A citizen of the world, he has lived and worked in kitchens across Toronto, Montreal, New York, and Bangkok. Being a Canadian, Chef Aaron was happy to conduct a cooking demonstration for our members using Canadian pork as the main ingredient. The dishes he demonstrated were (1) Spicy Thai Grilled Canadian Pork (2) Badger Cider brined Canadian Pork Chops (3) Quick Canadian Pork Skewers.
