Air-flown weekly from Germany, these seasonal new potatoes come direct to Singapore from the Hof Holste farm in northern Germany (Lower Saxony). These potatoes are first potatoes from the new harvest and are covered with some of the original soil to preserve the freshness and to protect the thin, sensitive skin.

To use:
Gently wash potatoes under running water, taking care to keep the skin intact. Then boil in salted water. Remove the skin just before serving. Best enjoyed hot on its own with some salted butter, creme fraiche and cream cheese.
