Mushrooms and Dry Aged Ribeye Salad

Last month, Chef Aaron Foster, Executive Chef at The Westin Singapore, returned to Huber's Gourmet Studio to conduct another cooking demonstration for our card members. This time, he showed us how to prepare Mushrooms and Dry Aged Ribeye Salad, Roasted Gourmet Mushrooms with Gorgonzola Cheese and Smoked Bacon & Cheesy Sausage Mushroom Melt on a Bun!

Chef Aaron also highlighted to us the different types of onions available in the market and how they can be used. The caramelised onions he used on the Cheesy Sausage Mushroom Melt was slow cooked with his favourite cider - Badger Applewood Cider
