Chef Sady
Chef Sady, an Executive Chef catering to motion pictures, TV shows and pleasing palates of Hollywood stars, moved to Singapore in 2015 to start his own F&B business. He was born in Honduras and lived in New York and New Jersey. From a cook at Sodexho Marriott, New York in 1995, he rose through the ranks to where he is today.

Grass-fed Angus Beef Fillet with Chorizo on Portobello Mushrooms
On Saturday 27th August, he demonstrated three quick recipes to our card members:
- Four Cheese Tortellini with Cantina 16-month Parma Ham and Huber's home-made pesto sauce
- Grass-fed Angus Beef Fillet with Chorizo on Portobello Mushrooms
- Cheese and Meat Platter
The recipes were such a hit with our members that they filled their shopping baskets with Huber's home-made pesto sauce, chorizo, four cheese tortellini and Cantina 16-month Parma Ham immedately after the class!
