Swiss Wine Appreciation Lunch for members - 16th Jan 2010
In the month of Jan, Huber's Butchery put together a complimentary Swiss Wine Appreciation Lunch specially for our members. On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, several of them came by the Uluru Aussie Steakhouse and Bar. Upon arrival, they were greeted with a pleasant white wine from Provins Valais. As lunch was served, three red wines followed. The session ended with Grains de Malice du Valais 2005 paired with blue cheese - what an awesome match.
