Privileges of Membership - Olive Oil Workshop - 10th Jul 2010
On Sat 10th July, Mr Kammann, the owner of Lakelands Olives, was at our Dempsey store to conduct an Olive Oil Workshop. Complimentary for members of Huber's Butchery, Mr Kammann gave us tips on how to taste olive oil, the different types of olive oil and what to look out for when purchasing an olive oil.
Members also had the chance to practise what they learnt. Samples of different olive oils were used as Mr Kammann demonstrated to us how to taste test olive oils.
At the end of the event, everyone was beaming from their new found knowledge.
