Privileges of Membership - Complimentary Cooking Demonstration - 26th Aug 2010
On Thursday 26th August, more than 10 of our members met at the Gaggenau showroom for a complimentary cooking class.
The menu this time was Lamb Loin with Pesto Vegetable Julienne, Milk-fed Veal Shoulder Roast and Dauphinoise Potatoes.
Guests had an enjoyable time up being close and personal with the chefs. Many interesting questions were asked and the chefs shared tips that you may not get to hear by looking at the pictures! So, members, be sure to join us next time!
