From Bone to Pan at AFC Studio - 21st Oct 2010
On Thursday 21st October, Huber's Butchery was at the AFC Studio at Orchard Central to conduct a cooking class. Among the recipes taught, participants were most looking forward to the roast sirloin. As the chef, Ernst Huber, gave practical tips on how to achieve various cooking doneness,etc, partcipants were furiously scribbling down notes! It was such a pleasure to have keen participants!
