Meredith Dairy is a Australian family enterprise, milking all year round and processing a large range of specialty cheeses.  

  

Of these, we have two goat's cheese sold in Huber's Butchery and online:

  

 

Meredith Dairy Goat Cheese with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs & garlic

 

- Goat Cheese in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, peppercorns and herbs  

Widely imitated but never matched. Serve on its own or as part of an antipasto, with pasta, pizzas, vegetables or salads.

 
 

- Marinated Cheese - Sheep & Goat blend
Marinated with fresh herbs and spices.
