The Abbey of Engelberg stands in the Canton of Obwalden, Switzerland. Here on the monastery grounds is the only cheese factory in Switzerland that produces cheeses right before your eyes daily.

One of the cheeses they produce is this popular, bell shaped cheese which is a soft and creamy white mold (brie) cheese with a very mild and fine aroma. This makes it a cheese which is perfect for any occasion. The actual bell, seen on the label, can be seen in the courtyard of the monastery.
