Produced in a known dairy in Isny, a town in the south-eastern part of Germany, this fantastic “Allgӓuer Flower Magic” is a full-bodied, floral and creamy cheese made from organic milk with a fat content of at least 48%. 

Matured for about three to five months and made by hand, it is coated with a beautiful selected blend of herbs and flowers, like marigold, rose petal, lavender, parsley, oregano, chevril and a mix of fine Swiss mountain herbs.
