Prosecco and Spumante may not be anything new to you. How about Cava - sparkling wine from Spain?
New on our shelves this month are four cavas from Spain made with traditional production method imported by the cava pioneers who in the 19th century were fascinated with the sparkles of a wine they believed was the most elegant in the world.
The essence of that traditional method is still used today and is, in fact, now a tradition in the winery. On the other hand, the Roger Goulart Cavas are also contemporary so as to adapt to the ever-changing tastes and needs of the times. Made with the best wines from each season, the Roger Goulart Cavas are suitable for aperitifs, first courses, between meals or with stews!
