British Beef Promotion Event - 20th Jan 2015
EBLEX, the beef and lamb division of the Agriculture & Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), highlighted the versatility of Quality Standard Beef to the sector at a recent event with local and international chefs cooking different recipes, giving their take on traditional and new cuts.
Guest of honour His Excellency British High Commissioner Antony Phillipson gave the opening address, ahead of a butchery demonstration focusing on use of the forequarter to maximise use of the carcase.
Huber's Butchery was there with Chef Brandon and Chef Alexandre who demonstrated various ways to use the forequarter.
