New Mottainai Lamb from Australia!
Raised in line with the Japanese ethos Mottainai ‘ MOTE-tie-nigh’
to waste nothing and appreciate what
exists by making full use of natural resources. It’s fat marbling, called “shimofuri”,
which dissolves at low temperature causing the meat to melt in your mouth. The
Mottainai lamb has the highest known level of Omega-3 fatty acids compared to any
other meats globally. The high Omega-3 fats keep the lamb tender while cooking.
Just perfect for a roasted leg of lamb for this coming Easter! 85% of the lamb’s feed is recycled organics and their
10 megawatts wind farm on location powers the operations.
