Seng Teong or better known as Ah Teong is our wholesale driver based at Pandan Loop. Arriving to Singapore later in 1987 from Penang, Malaysia at the age of 17, Ah Teong 's first job in Singapore was with a shipyard company. He then joined a food company as a delivery driver and Ah Teong was subsequently offered a position at Huber's in 2013.
Ah Teong starts at 8.30am and ends around 6pm, Monday to Friday. He studies the list of delivery location he has to make and plan the day accordingly. With 10 years’ experience as a driver in Singapore, planning the routes is a piece of cake to him. Ah Teong has received numerous offers of free food and drinks from the cafes and restaurants he delivers to. Needless to say, he is extremely thankful.
Ah Teong, and his wife of 20 years, has two beautiful daughters. He makes an effort to bring his kids back to Penang during
Chinese New Year and school holidays so that they are able to experience the ‘kampung’ lifestyle. Of course, this is also his chance to take a break from his usual hectic schedule.

Ah Teong enjoys taking his family out for a meal. The family of four would occasionally catch a movie together. While the two teenage girls enjoy Korean films, Ah Teong and his wife are not big fans. For the sake of family bonding, Ah Teong and his wife reluctantly go with what the girls want to watch.
