Goldenfood Green Walnuts in Syrup is produced
using recipes and methods from centuries-old traditions. The walnuts are gathered
early in the season from the area of Tiszacsécse and Milota, where the
best walnut varieties originate. Then, the hard, outer shell of the
green walnut is removed and the peeled walnuts soaked in cold water for
approximately 7 to 10 days. They are then cooked in sugary syrup for a few days.

A culinary treat, these walnuts are sweet with
a slight nutty, spiced scent. Its unique taste can bring out flavours of different meats like duck, goose or other game meats. It also
goes well with charcuterie or cheese platters. If you have a sweet tooth,
