Audra Morrice cooking at Huber's Gourmet Studio - 1st Dec 2018


 We were privileged to have MasterChef Singapore Judge, Audra Morrice, cooking at Huber's Gourmet Studio on Saturday 1st December. She demonstrated to our card members 3 dishes - Beef Carpaccio with Pickled Onions, Orange-Glazed Roast Chicken with Brown Rise and Quinoa Stuffing, and Sticky Black Bean and Chilli Pork Ribs.

She was in town to promote her new cookbook, Cook & Feast. Inspired by flavours from her travels, many of the recipes found in her new cookbook contain a unique blend of cultural cuisines blended with her heritage, and her eclectic style of cooking.


The recipes to the three dishes she demonstrated may be found in her cookbook. Her cookbook is also available for purchase at Huber's Butchery now!
