Alan starts the day at 7.30am. He drives a smaller Huber's truck to our retail store at Dempsey, parks it there and drives a bigger truck to our factory to pick up goods destined for Dempsey. After he has unloaded the goods at Dempsey, he then goes over the home delivery schedule for the day. Driving the smaller truck, he goes all over Singapore doing home deliveries. He normally finishes at about 4pm after all the home deliveries are done for the day.

Alan started off his career as an armed guard with CISCO. He went for the interview in the morning, and was offered the position on the spot. Though he had another interview lined up for later that day, he took up the position with CISCO without hesitation. He left after the three years bond because his job scope wasn't what he thought it would be.
He then joined a freight forwarding company for 8 years and then a company dealing in outdoor furniture for also 8 years before joining Huber’s. Almost 4 years now at Huber’s, he enjoys meeting different customers every day, and driving to various places all over Singapore. " Every day is different!" he chirps.
His favourite food is chicken rice and his favourite stall? The market at Tanglin Halt. He also enjoys bak kut teh and his favourite is the one at Rangoon Road. Oh, Alan specifically asked to highlight that he is a Manchester United fan.
