Huber’s now stock de-skinned raw frozen beef / ox tongues from USA. Stored in the freezer on level one, they are trimmed and the tips removed so you can have thick and consistent slices! Ask for it sliced

Alternatively you can slice it at home with a knife. Beef / Ox tongue is a beautiful cut with an interesting bouncy / crunchy texture and a beefier taste than the meat. It can be braised or used in stir-fry. We are looking to launch a smoked and cooked version in the coming months so look out for that.
