Changes to In-House Practices due to Covid-19 - 1st Apr 2020
Due to the Covid-19 situation, there have been several changes made to our in-house practices.
1) Huber's Butchery is closed earlier at 7pm each night, from 30th March and till further notice.
2) Huber's Bistro is currently closed till 5th May, subject to further changes. No takeaways and no deliveries.
3) Vacuum-packing service is ceased till further notice, so that more customers get a chance to purchase their groceries too.
4) We request that only the person purchasing the groceries enter the store. The person should not be accompanied by any child(ren) or family member(s).
5) Self-collection for online orders have ceased till further notice. Home deliveries for online orders are still available, subject to availability of delivery slots.
6) All customers will be required to enter the store through our Level 2 entrance for their temperature to be taken. The escalator entrance has also been closed – please head to Level 2 via the ramp or the bridge from the carpark on higher grounds.
7) We have implemented the Travel Health Declaration System developed by GovTech for contact tracing purposes should the need arises. All customers are required to submit their declaration through the system and show a confirmation page with the green tick to enter the store.
8) The number of customers in our shop at any one time will be limited to allow sufficient space for distancing purposes.
9) Queue markings one metre apart on the ground have also been added to space out the queueing of shoppers.
10) We have also provided sanitisers at various points of the butchery and the bistro for both employees’ and customers’ use.
11) All cooking classes have been suspended till further notice.
12) Sampling has also been stopped till further notice.
Please note that, as a result of some of the aforementioned measures, you may experience a longer waiting time and there may be a long queue at the entrance.
We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
