Splügner Organic Mountain Cheese Fondue - 1st Sep 2020

With a lot of commitment and experience, the Swiss dairy company
Sennerei Splügen is dedicated to the art of cheesemaking according to ancient
tradition. The milk is acquired from cows which are fed and cared for in the
high valley of Rheinwald following strict biological safety guidelines. From
Grison mountain cheese to Splügner yoghurt, everything is made by hand... just
like in the old days - only a wee bit better!
Available at Huber’s Butchery, the Splügner Organic mountain
cheese fondue is the ultimate Swiss fondue mix made of mountain cheese from the
Canton of Grisons, Splügner hard cheese, Splügner cremoso, and Italian white
wine (also contains potato starch) – not forgetting the signature milk from the
valley of Rheinwald. Perfect for a fondue party of 3-4 people!
Instructions:
1. 1. Rub the fondue pot with a halved clove of
garlic.

2. Add the fondue mixture and melt over medium heat
while stirring constantly.

3. Season with pepper, nutmeg and paprika depending
on your mood!

Feel free to add ingredients that you like. We personally like to add some
strips of Huber’s cooked ham and sauteed mushrooms.
