Meli-Melo meringue, conceived by Asterisk Kitchen’s Director Younes
Khazour himself!

a 100% gluten-free and dairy-free, almond-based biscuit. A legendary confection
dating back to the Renaissance era where kings of France cherished this
Massepain delicacy. It is lightly and carefully baked such that it gives a
crusty outside and remains chewy on the inside! An ideal accompaniment to
