It is the time of the year again for family and friends to
gather around a bubbling hotpot teeming with ingredients.
Choose from our wide range of premium Chinese New Year shabu
shabu meats, delicately sliced from Australian grain-fed Angus, to A4
Japanese Wagyu! Also add in our Foundation
Stock which is all-naturally produced and will add richness and body to
your broth.
And don’t forget to include our special
homemade Lunar
New Year sausages to your shopping cart!
These ingenious sausages are made of bak kwa in
a sausage form, packing an equally strong flavour with much less sugar for a
healthier New Year dinner experience! 8 minutes on a frying pan on low heat or
in an oven toaster are all it takes to get the nice grill flavour and colour.
Order now for collection from 25th January to
26th February (excluding 12th, 13th, and 14th February).
*Chinese New Year items and regular items may not be
combined in the same shopping cart. All shabu shabu are sold frozen. No amendments
and cancellation allowed.

If you’re planning to visit our butchery during the Chinese New Year period, take note of our operating hours!
11th Feb: Huber’s Butchery will open from 9.30am to 6pm
Huber’s Bistro will open from 11am to 5pm (last order at 5.30pm)
12th & 13th Feb: Both Huber’s Butchery and bistro will be closed.
