Interview with HOW TONG YOONG - 19th May 2021
Tong Yoong is
a simple, frugal, and diligent youth who joined his older brother in Singapore
for close to 4 years, striving hard to save enough with one aim in mind – start
a family.
Waking up
in the early hours of the day, the first thing Tong Yoong does is to gulp down
a big glass of water to stay hydrated and goes to work at Huber’s. Of course,
he will still have his favourite packet of vermicelli during his morning break
to give him the boost of energy for the day.
Talking about good food, he is fortunate enough to have one of the best
fish head curry near his residence and is his go-to dish every time he has a
craving for fish.
After a
hard day’s work, he usually unwinds with a simple good laugh watching short and
sweet episodes of anime like Doraemon and Crayon Shinchan (La Bi Xiao Xin).
Well, simplicity is also a key to happiness!
Tong Yoong
also looks forward to a good game of snooker with his friends at least once a
month, enjoying the great catching up session over beer. He does occasionally chill
out with his brother at clubs to maintain the brotherly bond.
