Since we can’t travel, take your dad on a tour
in Europe with a personally curated cheese box. Pop by our store and pick your
own. Don’t forget to throw in some fresh white peaches, spiced nuts and water
biscuits too!

Our recommendations are: Funky Monk (Germany),
Serra Da Estrela Madre De Agua (Portugal), Pata de Mulo (Spain), Karalis
Graviera (Greece), XO 40 Maand, and Mecorino (Netherlands), Shropshire Blue
(UK), Moser Truffle (Switzerland).
German - Funky Monk (A pungent washed rind cow’s milk cheese. Salty and savoury
with notes of cream, cooked onions and bacon.)
Portuguese - Queijo da Serra da Estrela DOP Madre de Água (A
semi-soft sheep’s milk cheese with a strong, pungent flavour.)
Spanish - Pata de Mulo (An unpasteurised
mule’s milk cheese that is sweet and sour with an aftertaste of cereals, nites
and a pleasantly spicy flavour.)
Greek - Karalis Graviera (A hard sheep’s milk cheese that boosts a very rich
flavour and nutty aroma.)
Dutch - XO 40 Maand (An exceptionally long
ripened cow’s milk cheese with a nutty aftertaste. Cheese crystals give a salty
pop providing a nice bite.)
Dutch - Mecorino (A pasteurised sheep’s milk
cheese prepared at high temperature and then not pressed. A soft, creamy cheese
with a fresh, sour taste.)
English - Shropshire Blue (A twist to the
classic Stilton Blue, its classic yellow hue comes from a vegetable dye
annatto. Creamy, savoury with a slight yeasty bite.)
Swiss - Moser Truffle (A soft cow’s milk
cheese enriched with mascarpone infused with truffle.)
