Josh & Sue produces a range of homemade preserves that
are gluten, preservative and additive free. A wide selection of relishes, jams,
harissa and sauces available means we get many food ideas floating around in
our heads — serve it in a sandwich, put a dollop alongside a cheese platter or
even mix in with minced meat to make a meatloaf or sausage filling you name it.
Josh & Sue, the mum-and-son duo make these delicious
goodies in small batches, and they oversee every step of the production
