Huber's Gourmet Studio Cooking Classes in October

WESTERN CUISINE WITH CHEF CLEMENT

Trained in Culinary Institute of America, Chef Clement brings with him more than 14 years experience in Western grill and Italian cuisine. 

Starter :   

Smoked salmon, cream cheese and salmon caviar pincho with dill mustard sauce

Main : 

Spanish paella

Dessert :   

Spanish leche frita (deep fried milk) with cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream and balsamic creama

Classes every Saturday, 11am to 12.30pm:  

1 Oct, 8 Oct, 15 Oct, 22 Oct, and 29 Oct (click on the date to register)

Registration fee: $50 per person and receive a $20 Huber's Gift Voucher

ASIAN CUISINE WITH CHEF YIP

With over 23 years of culinary expertise in Asian, Italian and French cuisines, Chef Yip accumulated his wealth of knowledge from working in well known establishments like Resort World Sentosa, Raffles Hotel, Burlamacco and Alkaff Mansion.

Starter :

Double-boiled old cucumber with assorted seafood soup

Main :

Diced chicken in chinese black olive sauce served in pumpkin bowl

Classes every Monday, 11am to 12.30pm:
