Huber's Complimentary Cooking Class - 4th Jul 2015
12 Huber's members gathered at La Galerie De Dietrich kitchen showroom at Ubi on Saturday, 4th July 2015 for a cooking demonstration by Singaporean chef, Jeremy Choo. Jeremy Choo is no stranger to our members as he has been conducting cooking classes for us since 2013. One thing different about this class is the deliberate effort to put typical Singapore hawker fare on the menu.
Chef then gave us his recipe to char siew (barbecue honey pork fillet), and Thai-influenced satay (chicken on skewers). Click on the links above for the recipes!
