Toriyama Japanese Wagyu Cooking Class - 27th Feb 2016
We are honoured to have Nagai-san from Japan conduct a class for our members on how to put together yakiniku and sukiyaki meals at home! Sampling of yakiniku and sukiyaki will follow after the demonstration. We will also put up highly marbled cuts and leaner cuts for sampling so that you can taste the difference.
