Veal Sausage with Onion Sauce and Spaetzli


For 4 servings:

4 no veal sausages
1 pkt onion sauce 
2 pkts Spaetzli 
1 tsbp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Cooking Method

  1. Remove veal sausages from packet and dry them on a paper towel.

  2. In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil and fry the sausages over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

  3. Meanwhile, warm the onion sauce.

  4. In another non-stick pan, add the spaetzli to the butter and saute over medium heat until golden brown. Season to taste with some salt and pepper.

To serve

  1. Place sausage on a plate and pour onion sauce over it.

  2. Place spaetzli near sausage.
