Tandoori Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

For 2 servings:

8pcs lamb chop
40ml mustard oil
2 tsp nutmeg powder
4 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp whole cumin
4 tsp garam masala powder
4 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp pineapple juice
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste

Cooking Method

  1. Marinate the lamb well with all the herbs and spices and leave it for an hour.
     
  2. Then roast at 250°C for 15 minutes.
     
  3. Serve with green chutney.
