Lamb Patty stuffed with Goat Cheese


For 2 servings: 

150g lamb minced
1 egg
10 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped finely
2 green chillies, make a slit
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp graham masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Red chilli powder to taste
Green cardamom powder to taste
Sea salt

For the stuffing
100g goat cheese
Chopped onion
Fresh coriander, chopped finely

Cooking Method

  1. In a food processor, grind the lamb mixture to a fine paste
  2. Get a big bowl, add the rest of the ingredients except the egg. 
  3. Add the egg last and mix well for at least 2 to 3 minutes. 
  4. Add salt and mix it well.
  5. Make into meatballs of about 1.2 inches, stuff with goat cheese stuffing then flatten. 
  6. Add a little oil to a frying pan, and sear the patties on medium heat till light golden brown in colour. 
  7. Serve with coriander mayonnaise dip.


For the stuffing

  1. Mix together all the ingredients to the stuffing.
