1. Boil pork belly for 20 minutes and remove from the water
2. Heat up the pot and add in sugar to melt, add in dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, cinnamon
stick and star anise, pour in 1 litre of water and bring to boil
3. Add in pork belly and simmer till soft and tender.
4. Once tender, add in trio of beancurd and cook 10 minutes.
5. Slice pork belly and trio of beancurd, arrange them on a plate and serve.
