Mangalica Salami and Broccoli Aglio Olio


For 2 servings:

1 broccoli, cut into bite-size
1 red pepper
50g Mangalica salami
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
50ml olive oil
Sea salt

Cooking Method

  1. Cook broccoli in salted water and drain water away.
  2. In the  meantime, cut salami into pieces slightly thicker than a matchstick.
  3. Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan. Reduce heat to low when small bubbles appear around the garlic slices.
  4. Cook until garlic turn light golden brown and a small skewer goes through them easily.
  5. Add red pepper and fry until fragrant. Then remove the garlic and the pepper.
  6. Put salami pieces in the frying pan and fry. Then turn off the heat.
  7. Now add the broccoli, combine well and serve.
