Shermay’s Singapore Bacon Sandwich (Bak Kwa Bacon Roti)

Ingredients

1.5 kg pork neck shabu shabu
1 jar Shermay's Singapore Meat Marinade Original
500g store-bought Peranakan Achar(Asian pickles) or any suitable equivalent
About a dozen hot dog buns
Fresh coriander sprigs
Butter

Cooking Method

  1. Add 1 jar Singapore Meat Marinade to 1.5 kg pork slices. Mix well.
     
  2. Lay on baking tray lined with parchment/baking paper.
     
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven pre-heated at 150 °C until the edges are charred.
     
  4. Meanwhile, butter the buns and toast lightly. 
     
  5. Add the achar, coriander and shabu shabu. Enjoy!
