Double-boiled Old Cucumber with Assorted Seafood

Ingredients

1kg Blanched Pork Ribs or Soft Bone with Meat
1 pc Old Cucumber
60g Dried Oysters
60g Dried Scallops
80g Cooked Shrimps
1 pcs Dried Cuttlefish
6 pcs Red Dates
10g Ginger
30g Parma Ham
2.5 ltr Water
1.5 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp White Pepper

Cooking Method

1. Combined all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
3. Cook over low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
