Greetings! It’s August already and National Day is just round the corner. What better way to celebrate Singapore’s 56th birthday than to support local homegrown brands. Featured in our main image are a range of Singaporean brands we love and carry in-store – from breakfast to dessert.

 

Did you know Huber’s is a local brand too? 🇸🇬😃To commemorate our Nation’s birthday, we have decided to launch some new products, available for the first time to our customers on National Day weekend. Our MD, Ryan Huber, came up with the recipes and makes them in our factory in Pandan Loop. They are:

Huber's Truffle Pork Sausage

The spices of the sausage elevates the truffle flavour. Perfect on its own but can be used in any recipe that calls for sausage.

 

Available at our sausage counter on Level 2.

Our famous cooked ham on steroids. Sandwiches never tasted this good!

 

Get them from our deli counter on Level 2.

Yes you read it right! We are not all about meat. Paprika spiced plant-based meat in a vegetable casing! Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it?

 

Find them in the freezer behind our butcher counter on Level 1.

Meet Lee Wee Tat, everyone calls him "Ah Lee", our driver in charge of transporting goods from the airport to warehouse. He took a leap of faith and made a career switch from being a Japanese cuisine chef specialising in pork katsu to a cargo driver ...

MEATHESAURUS We offer different types of pork. The first being a Duroc, Large White and Landrace hybrid air-flown from Canada and are fed wheat, barley, corn, soy and peas. The second being Black Berkshire pork, also known as Kurobuta pork, from the USA. The third is acorn-fed Iberico pork from Spain.

 

Featured here is Huber's Canadian Pork Loin. Great for pork katsu and steak pan-fry.
