Zaccagni Pasta

The secret that makes Zaccagni pasta so delicious lies in the top-quality grain, that were milled so carefully, in the pure water that flows from the Majella mountain springs, and in the drying process that sees the pasta dried slowly and gently at very low temperatures.

Artisanal pasta produced in Zaccagni's way has plenty going for it: it is easier to digest, lets the true taste of the grain shine through and above all, it has just the right amount of absorbency, which is the real secret to ensuring pasta goes with any sauce.

Available in-store on Level 1.

RECIPE Wiener Schnitzel

You can make wiener schnitzel in just 30 minutes! Pair it with a potato side – whether it is boiled potatoes, potato salad or even potato cakes.

They are traditionally made with thin slices of veal cutlet, breaded and fried, and served "dry" without sauce.
