Season's
Greetings!
It's the time of
the year again. With Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day coming
up and the uncertainty of whether we can dine out with friends and
family, parties at home will be our best bet – be it the one hosting or
being hosted. We put together 6 Festive Recipes – think turkey breast roulade,
traditional roast beef and yorkshire pudding, we hope you'll be
inspired and try them out too!
This year, we've
added Truffle-icious goodness to our festive offerings – truffle cooked
ham, truffle pork sausage and truffle stuffing, made with real truffles
right here in our factory.

Just a reminder
our Christmas pre-order closes on 15th December 2021, and we may close
earlier if most goodies run out like it did last year. It is highly
recommended that you plan and place your orders early to avoid
disappointment.
Excite Your Appetite!

Roza's Gourmet Crackers
Roza's Gourmet
began in 1991 as a simple way for the then-housewife Roza herself to
indulge her passion for cooking which quickly became a burgeoning
business. Over 28 years later, Roza’s philosophy that “the right sauce
can turn any meal into a feast” has grown into small business success
story, a testament to her fresh, natural approach to food.
Their range of
gourmet crackers are all natural, gluten free, vegan and dairy free,
and most importantly are bursting with flavour. They are the perfect
accompaniment on a cheese platter, for entertaining and suit a range of
food intolerances.

Huber's Family
Meet Kok Boon,
our senior packer of more than 3 years. His jovial and humorous
personality brings joy to people around him especially colleagues
working together. Despite his fun personality, he can be very serious
and focused at work too; complimented as being fast and making very few
mistakes by his superiors.

RECIPE Roast Leg Of Lamb With
Potatoes
Lamb makes a
tasty alternative Christmas meat. A roasted leg of lamb is a great
centrepiece and excellent for sharing. Carve slices as thick or as thin
as your guests like them and best of all, any leftovers can be heated
up and to go into a wrap for a yummy lunch the next day too.
To ensure safe
consumption, whole lamb cuts should be cooked to a minimum internal
temperature of 60ºC and minced lamb 72ºC.
