Greetings!
Many of you are
travelling this month. For those on your travels and about to embark on
one, I wish you safe travels. For those that will remain in Singapore,
come by our store and let us serve you with the best produce and
service. We expect a high level of traffic at our store during
this festive period and we ask for your kind patience. In order to
allow as many people to do their festive shopping, we seek your
cooperation to try to shop alone or maximum in pairs. This act of
courtesy is much appreciated.
Please note that
our Christmas collection point is located at the upper-level carpark
(same as last year). This is applicable for order collection on 23rd
and 24th December only. All other collection dates will be in the
store.

from 28th to 31st December.

Yarra Valley Caviar
Two new gourmet
caviar flavours arrived just in time for the festivities.

Ikura Shoyu Zuke
Enriched by
using traditional Japanese flavour combinations. Marinated for 24 hours
in a combination of premium soy sauce, katsubushi, saké and hand
harvested wakame from Victorian waters, these salmon pearls are sure to
deliver umami explosions in your mouth as they pop with each bite.
Perfect combo
with rice and seafood dishes alike.

Bloody Shiraz Gin Caviar
It's unique
flavour and visual appeal are not the only traits that makes these
caviar such a delightful treat. You get beautiful soft citrus notes,
along with juniper and cassia. The gentle spice of Tasmanian
Pepperberry comes through with the salty burst of the roe, whilst the
lingering aroma of Bloody Shiraz Gin is subtle yet present.
Best served very
cold alongside fresh oysters and light white fish sashimi.

Etter Fruit Brandies
This must be the
most ingenious way to enjoy fruits or nuts. The master distiller at the
house of Etter is an artist of assemblage and produces some interesting
creations. Ideal after-dinner drink for those very special moments.

Featured here
are Etter's most popular fruit brandies – Vieille Prune
(plum), Zuger Kirsch (original cherry), Vieille
Poire (pear Williams), Quitte (pear shaped quince)
and Vieille Kirsch (barrell aged cherry). They are
available in full size bottles as well as in a lovely set of 5
miniatures.

Huber's Family
Meet Robert, our
senior warehouse assistant. He has helped to manage the flow and
storage of stocks for Huber’s for more than 5 years.
On top of being
hardworking, he has the ability to stay in the freezing cold -18°C
walk-in freezer store to check stocks for long periods of time! 🥶

RECIPE Traditional Roast Beef
If you want a
protein other than turkey, how about a hunk of succulent, juicy roast
beef?
Slice them as
thinly or as thick ads you wish and serve them with some grated
horseradish, yorkshire pudding and gravy!
