Greetings!

We have lined up a range of lunar new year goodies that will be sure to tingle your taste buds and fill your tummies. To start off, we are importing a Bomb Ass Chilli Oil from Australia. No, I did not make that description up, that is indeed the name of the chilli oil, or in short BACO. The chilli oil is very aromatic and goes well with everything. Its spicy but not overly so and complements rather than overpowers. My wife likes to have it with her steak while I use it to take my fried rice to the next level. This would make a great gift when visiting a foodie friend.

On our CNY online page, we offer a full range of thinly sliced meats for the hotpot, sliced meats (yakiniku-style) for your table top grill, specially created Huber’s mala sausage and even a homemade XO sauce. It is truly a good time to stay home for your lunar new year feasting with your family and friends!

LUNAR NEW YEAR GOODIES

For the foodies out there who are constantly on the lookout for a delicious treat, we are thrilled to introduce our new Huber's home-made products for your lunar new year meal gatherings. All passionately hand-made by our in-house Chef Yip, with over 23 years of culinary experience in renowned establishments such as Resort World Sentosa, Raffles Hotel, Burlamacco and Alkaff Mansion. Also including a mouth tingling mala sausage invented by our Managing Director, Ryan Huber.

Lunar New Year Sausage and Mala Sausage

Tasting similar to the iconic CNY bak kwa but in a sausage form, this sweet and savoury Lunar New Year sausage is a must-try that will get everyone talking. Alternatively, to satisfy a fiery palate, we also have our new Huber’s mala sausage, containing Sze Chuan peppercorns impeccably blended with other premium spices. Bite into the toasted peppercorns to get a tongue numbing sensation followed with a long rounded finish from the mix of black bean and Asian spices. As with all our sausages, we do not add MSG into the sausage. Simply pan-fry or add them to your hotpot for a devilishly spicy indulgence. This is not for the faint-hearted! 🥵

Char Siew Pork Neck

Huber’s version of char siew is made using our chilled air-flown Canadian pork neck which is doused in a sticky homemade Char Siew sauce and roasted. All you need to do is to warm it up at home to enjoy our juicy and tender roasted Char Siew.

Sesame Beef Balls

Moulded into balls by hand, the quality ground beef is seasoned with fresh ginger, and slathered in a secret homemade sweet sesame sauce. These ready-to-eat Sesame Beef Balls are simple to prepare and makes an excellent dish for your CNY meal!

5-Spice Tenderloin for Yusheng

For meat lovers, we got you covered even for the Yu Sheng! Do the unconventional by adding our flavourful 5-spice tenderloin slices to your prosperity toss ritual to usher in the new year!

XO Sauce, considered the emperor of all sauces in the East, is painstakingly hand-prepared using premium luxury ingredients. Our version contains dried scallops, shrimp, porcini, and aged 16-month parma ham, along with 8 other key ingredients that gives an umami explosion to your every CNY dish!

As a lot of hard work and love are put into each precious bottle by Chef Yip, we must warn that we only have very limited quantities! Get your hands on them before they run out!
