We're moving into the 4th quarter of 2022 with a blast!

We are also honoured to share that we supplied SEVEN out of 10 Formula 1 teams that are in town for the Singapore Grand Prix, with our meats. We received great feedback from the teams on the quality of the meats and service. A huge thank you to the teams and their chefs for placing their trust in us!

WE'RE BACK AT ASIA'S LARGEST INTERNATIONAL FOOD EXHIBITION –
FOOD & HOTEL ASIA 2022

After a long hiatus due to Covid and travel restrictions, the Asia’s leading F&B event, Food & Hotel Asia has finally taken place at the Singapore Expo from 5th to 8th September.

It’s exhilarating to get to meet up with our brand suppliers from across the globe and the F&B industry partners and chefs. Besides the usual sharing of business and brand updates and offerings, there are lots of catching ups and not-to-mention great food to go around! Reason for us being there is, Huber's sources the finest supplies worldwide and avail them not only to our valued retail customers at Huber's Butchery, but also directly to our business customers such as hotels and restaurants.

SAINT KERBER MUSSELS

For three generations, the family-owned company "Parcs Saint Kerber" have combined traditional methods with modern aquaculture techniques to farm the famous Bouchot mussel.

 

Known for their clean, delicate and sweet taste; whether steamed or sautéed with white wine, butter, parsley and onion, these mussels stay true to their flavour and are nothing short of delicious!

 

Air-flown every Friday from France to our Butchery, for you to enjoy! While stocks last.

ALHEIT VINEYARDS LOST AND FOUND

Lost and Found is straw wine made from an ancient Hanepoot (Muscat Alexandrie) vineyard. It is the last vintage farmed by the family, who lived on and farmed Gevonden for six generations. Lost and Found is a decadent wine reeking of apricots and marmalade fireworks: Fiery and silky; sweet and sour.
