It’s that time of year again, and you can almost feel the festive buzz in the air. Our Christmas pre-orders officially open from 1st November to 15th December on our Christmas website, and this year’s lineup is looking especially exciting.

 

Our Christmas catalogue features plenty to look forward to, from classic favourites to new highlights. There’s the Hebridean smoked salmon, prized for its delicate texture and gentle sweetness, and our Cooked and Smoked Turkey, ready to heat, serve, and impress with zero stress. Perfect for anyone who wants to spend more time enjoying the company of family and friends and less time in the kitchen.

 

Also making their debut this year are our Signature Christmas Charcuterie and Cheese Platter, showcasing a curated selection of premium cuts and accompaniments that reflect our quality and craftsmanship, and the premium Paroo Kangaroo from Australia, a distinctive game meat that is lean, tender, and full of flavour.

 

And back by popular demand, certified reindeer meat from Lapland, Finland. This rare delicacy was a hit last year, known for its refined, mildly gamey flavour and natural sweetness. If you missed it previously, now’s your chance to bring a taste of the Arctic to your Christmas table.

 

It’s also been an eventful month for us at Huber’s. We’re proud to share that we’ve officially received the Colmados from Spain certification, presented by the Spanish Trade Commission, a recognition of our commitment to bringing in a wide range of authentic, quality Spanish products.

 

In even happier news, we’re honoured to have been awarded the Best Butcher Gold Award 2025 by Sassy Mama, marking our second consecutive win. A massive thank you to everyone who voted and supported us, it truly means the world, and we’ll keep working hard to bring you even more exceptional products and experiences.

Make Christmas Effortless with Huber’s Cooked & Smoked Turkey! This festive season, we’re making your holiday preparations even easier by introducing our Cooked and Smoked Turkey, ready to heat and serve!

 

Prepared using our premium 4kg turkey (weight includes giblets, in frozen state), this flavourful centrepiece is perfectly cooked and richly smoked to deliver bold, festive flavours. 

 

Best enjoyed with our specially prepared turkey gravy and Huber’s homemade stuffing served as a simple side. 

 

Cooking Instruction: Remove the turkey from the bag and roast it in a preheated oven at 150°C for 50 minutes.

Sausage of the Month:
Duckbratwurst with Orange Blossom

Crafted fresh in-house, this month’s feature highlights the richness of boneless duck leg and breast, encased in natural sheep casing and seasoned with Szechuan pepper, black pepper, Madras curry powder, orange blossom water, orange zest, and more.

 

The result is a juicy, aromatic bratwurst with balanced flavour and a satisfying texture. Made from quality ingredients and careful craftsmanship, it delivers depth without the need for added chemicals, MSG or fillers.

 

Pan-fry or grill over medium heat until golden and fragrant, then serve with mustard or roasted vegetables for a simple yet satisfying meal.

A proud moment for Huber’s Butchery! A heartfelt thank you to Mr. García Rebollar for presenting the certification to Mr. Thomas Kreissl, Retail GM of Huber’s Butchery. This prestigious certification celebrates our commitment to bringing authentic Spanish gourmet products to Singapore. We commemorated this milestone with a tasting session featuring Spanish cold cuts, cheeses, olive oils, wines, and Spanish specialty dishes like Cordero de Cuenco, Ajoblanco, Lenguas de Cordero Guisadas and Almejas al Fino con Jamon. Christmas Cooking Class This November

Get into the festive spirit with Huber’s November cooking demonstration classes! Join Chef Clement as he shares Christmas-inspired dishes, along with practical tips and techniques so you can recreate the same festive flavours at home this December. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy each dish during the class!

 

On the menu:

  • Starter: Ham and cheese crescent roll

  • Main: Filet im Teig — pastry-coated pork fillet with truffled potato purée and red wine sauce

  • Dessert: Gingerbread chocolate Bundt cake with vanilla ice cream

Class details:

  • Location: Huber’s Gourmet Studio

  • Dates: 8th, 22nd, and 29th November 2025

  • Time: 10.30am to 12.30pm

  • Fee: $60 per person

  • Receive a complimentary $20 Huber’s Gift Voucher when you attend the class.

November's Belgian Cheese Platter
at Huber's Bistro

This November, Huber’s Bistro brings the flavours of Belgium to your table with a thoughtfully composed Belgian Cheese Platter, showcasing the country’s finest cow’s milk cheeses.

 

Each cheese tells a story, from the creamy smoothness of Barista Belgium to the blue-veined intensity of Grevenbroecker. Experience the rustic depth of Le Herve du Vieux Moulin, Belgium’s only AOP cheese, the caramel-like richness of Old Groendal Kristal, and the bold, spicy personality of Moer Duiveltje.

 

The platter comes together with Seeberger pistachios, a mix of fresh fruits, vegetables, baguette, and a touch of Staud’s Elderberry Compote, a vibrant finish that brings sweetness and balance to every bite.
